Where do I set the community base URL?

My community is showing up at /community/ but I'd like it at /forum/ instead. Where do I change the base slug?

Do I need to flush rewrite rules after changing it?

Tried this on a staging copy first and it behaved exactly as described. Confident enough to roll it to production now.
